Section 01

Welcome to p2pkr.online

p2pkr.online is an internet payment gateway designed to bridge the gap between digital assets and local currency (PKR). We provide a secure platform for depositing funds and conducting P2P (Peer-to-Peer) exchanges. By accessing our platform, you agree to these rules.

Section 02

Account & Verification

To use p2pkr, you must provide real registration details. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide misleading information.

  • Security: You are responsible for your account credentials and 2FA settings.
  • Verification: To unlock high-limit features, you must provide a valid Government ID and facial biometric verification.

Section 03

P2P Deals & Disputes

For Sellers

Sellers must release funds immediately upon payment verification. If no action is taken within 24 hours, the system may auto-release funds to the buyer and suspend the seller.

For Buyers

Buyers must provide valid transaction screenshots. If the seller rejects a payment, the buyer has 24 hours to submit proof before the deal is auto-canceled.

Section 04

Refund Policy

If you deposit funds to your Main Account Balance and have not yet spent them, you can request a refund at any time. However, once funds are transferred to another user or merchant via P2P, p2pkr.online cannot reverse the transaction. Refunds for such deals depend solely on the merchant's own policy.

Section 05

Prohibited Activities

Engagement in any of the following will result in an immediate lifetime ban:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Providing fraudulent identification documents.
  • Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or stalking other users.
  • Behaving in an abusive or harassing manner towards our support staff.
